VOLVO TRUCKS SALES MANAGER

Vision Truck Group, Canada’s largest Mack/Volvo dealer is currently seeking a Volvo Trucks Sales Manager to lead our Brampton Team.

If you are someone who is goal oriented, innovative with strong leadership abilities, this is a chance to manage a highly successful sales team to the next level. Your skill set should demonstrate your ability to satisfy the transportation needs of all prospective buyers including large to mid-size fleets, owner operators, private companies and a variety of vocational truck buyers. Your ability to “connect” to existing Vision Truck Group customers while growing this customer base will be essential. The successful candidate will be representative of the Vison Truck Group Brand while and delivering the core values of the Volvo Trucks Brand.   • Demonstrated ability to manage Inventory/Backlog for a Major Market – optimizing sales opportunities while minimizing inventory exposure
  • Well-versed in the development and implementation of retail operation business plans – profit and volume
  • Complete knowledge of broad finance instruments including terms, types and usage as they pertain to customers
  • Familiarity with applicable Provincial laws (SPIFF) regulations etc. and the effect of same on day to day business

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in field or inside sales in heavy truck industry or related industry including experience in structuring finance transactions
