This role is responsible for administering truck manufacturers warranties, service invoicing, follow-up, record keeping & administrative support to the service department.


The ideal candidate would:

  • Have a strong background in the automotive/transportation industry
  • Have previous service/warranty administration experience
  • Be a solid communicator with exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Have sound working computer knowledge
  • Experience is desired but not necessary
  • Parts, service and warranty experience will be considered an asset


  • Full-Time Continuous position, salary: entry level based on postion and/or based on experience.
  • Hours of work are rotation: Mon-Fri & Tues-Sat, 7:00am-4:30pm & 4:30pm-2:00am.
  • Office environment.
