Parts Department Associate

We are presently seeking a Parts Department Associate for our Mississauga and Etobicoke dealerships. This position requires an energetic person with excellent communication skills and the drive and willingness to learn on the go. Previous automotive parts experience is a definite asset.

Shift: Rotating Shifts and Rotating Saturdays

Job Duties:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers
  • Processing daily incoming and outgoing orders
  • Provides parts and sales support to internal and external customers
  • Pricing, Ordering Parts
  • Follow up with vendors and customers on a timely manner
  • Administrative duties, data entry
  • Core management including preparing outbound shipments
  • Providing high level of customer service including: greeting customers, handling inquiries, selling parts and providing quotes
  • Prepares documentation for purchases, returns, warranty and other duties as required
  • Customer service through telephone, email communication in a timely manner
  • Support parts needs for Service department by looking up and billing parts to work orders, reviewing orders to ensure all are accurate.
  • Warehousing including picking emergency/stock orders, putting out stock orders and other duties as required within the Parts department

Position Requirements

  • Customer Service experience
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Previous experience in Parts/Service Industry is considered an asset
  • Intermediate in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, multitasking
  • Must have a High School Diploma
