Service Supervisor

Vision Truck Group is looking for a Service Supervisor to join our new dealership in Brampton Ontario.

Shift is Monday to Friday 7am-4:30pm

Duties will include administering truck manufacturer's warranties, service invoicing, follow-up, record keeping & administrative support to the service department.

The ideal candidate would:

Have a strong background in the automotive/transportation industry. Be a solid communicator with exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills.

Have sound working computer knowledge

Experience is desired but not necessary Parts, service and warranty experience will be considered an asset Manage the day-to-day

Work flow of shop bays in coordination with shop lead hands

Manage Assist cases and communication with customers throughout repair

Review and audit repair orders

Prepare repair estimates

Maintain and Cultivate Up time process
