Vision Truck Group is looking for an experienced 310T with leadership experience to join our Heavy Truck Dealership in London, Ontario.

Duties include, but are not restricted to:

  • Reports to Service manager and shop foreman
  • Manage the workflow of shop repairs and manage one team of techs
  • Communicate with customers throughout repair
  • Review and audit repair orders for completion and quality
  • Prepare repair estimates, and pass to customers for authorizations
  • Work with Service Manager to implement short, medium and long-term goals
  • Maintain shop organization and cleanliness
  • Oversee and direct licensed tech and apprentices
  • Maintain and Cultivate Up time process

Health and Safety:

  • Good knowledge of and follow all safety policies, rules, regulations as required by the company and legislation
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards with the facility through job delegation
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies, rules and regulations by all employees under his supervision as required by the company and legislation
  • Ensure all PPE is worn as per Company policy
  • Respond to any workplace hazards identified by the JHSC
  • Investigate incidents that result in vehicle damage
  • Ensure correct handling and storage of all products in the shop
  • Respond to and correct unsafe behaviors

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Heavy Truck or similar industry. One of those years desired to have been spent in a leadership role
  • Must hold a valid 310t license

 Shifts will be rotating: two weeks days, one week afternoons.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
